Your role
As a Senior Business Development Manager you’ll be leading impactful partnerships across key global markets.
Lead and Develop Global Partner Programs
Take charge of identifying and recruiting the best strategic partners in untapped regions, shaping large-scale programs, and ensuring their success. You’ll have the autonomy to negotiate terms, onboard partners, and provide continuous support to guarantee growth.
Drive Performance and Results
Manage key distributor relationships, set sales objectives, and track progress to ensure goals are met. Your role will be critical in optimizing partner performance and ensuring we continuously exceed expectations. You’ll be empowered to make data-driven decisions that directly impact the bottom line.
Shape Bonitasoft’s Future
As a market influencer and thought leader, you’ll collaborate with our product teams to refine Bonitasoft’s strategy. Represent us at high-visibility events, participate in workshops, and drive adoption across global markets.
Be a Key Part of Our Growth Story
Whether in-person or virtual, you’ll engage with distributors and end customers, ensuring that Bonitasoft’s offerings evolve in line with market needs. Regular field visits will keep you connected to the pulse of the market.
