Your mission: build the GTM engine that powers this shift i.e. unify data, standardize processes, and deploy AI agents to eliminate manual work across Marketing and Sales.
This role sits at the crossroads of Revenue Operations, AI, and automation, ideal for someone who understands the evolving landscape of AI-driven business transformation and is eager to leverage next-gen tools (LLMs, prompt-based workflows, deep search, AI copilots) to redefine operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
Architect the GTM operating model
Define how Marketing, Sales, and Partners work together: lifecycle stages, SLAs, routing, and qualification logic. Build scalable handoffs, eliminate friction, and document it all in a shared playbook.
Own and evolve HubSpot
Turn our CRM HubSpot into the operating system for revenue. Keep data clean, tools synced, and automations smart but also extend its reach: connect it with our content engine, outbound motions, ABM plays, inbound funnel, product signals, and partner workflows to drive measurable growth.
Connect the stack
Break silos by linking product data, campaign performance, CRM flows, and partner systems. Collaborate with IT, our Architect, and the GTM teams to make the system reflect reality.
Build dashboards that drive decisions
From forecast accuracy to CAC, LTV, and attribution, you’ll make GTM performance visible and actionable.
Model and govern clean data
Implement enrichment, deduplication, schema design, and governance. You’ll build confidence in the data that drives conversion and spend.
Deploy smart automations & AI agents
Automate repetitive flows (routing, alerts, follow-ups) and productionize LLM agents (triage, summaries, content ops). You’ll choose where AI delivers the most leverage and ensure it’s safe, auditable, and useful.
Enable the team
Make your systems usable. Document them, train others, and support adoption across teams.
Build with compliance in mind
GDPR, privacy by design, human-in-the-loop, you’ll ensure trust and safety from day one.
Tooling you'll likely use
HubSpot, Make / n8n, SQL, Looker Studio, Clay, Instantly, Git, OpenAI / Mistral, Notion, Enrichment & intent tools.
Your first 6 months
- First month: Audit the GTM stack, spot high-leverage improvements, and ship your first automations
- By month 3: Align lifecycle stages, deploy dashboards, and activate your first LLM agent
- By month 6: Operational attribution model live, GTM playbook adopted, and 3+ AI-powered workflows running in production
What sets you apart
- Senior/Lead in RevOps or Marketing Ops in SaaS or enterprise software
- Deep experience owning and scaling HubSpot within a modern GTM system for revenue growth (content engine, outbound workflows, ABM enablement, inbound orchestration…)
- Strong data skills: SQL, funnel KPIs, reporting, schema design
- Hands-on automation with Make, n8n, or similar
- LLMs in production, you’ve shipped agents that work
- Prompt design & debugging skills
- Systems thinker: you ship, document, and iterate
- Comfortable with GDPR, data governance, and AI safety
- French & English
Bonus points for:
- Python / JS for custom scripts
- Experience with dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte
- Familiarity with RAG, vector DBs, agentic workflows
- ABM or Partner RevOps exposure
