What you’ll do

  • HRIS activities – maintain employee record according to policy and legal requirements
  • Providing counseling and creating policies and procedures
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Analytics of HR data
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Support the organization maintaining a healthy working environment, retain and engage activities
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, rules, regulations and best practices
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support effective onboarding plans
  • Support in developing training and development programs
  • Support recruitment activities by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process

Who are we looking for

  • Previous working experience in HR
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability

This is how our selection process looks like:

  1. Screening job applications
  2. 30-minute Teams call s HR department
  3. F2F or Teams call with Team Lead, Tech Lead and/or Project Manager
  4. Offer stage
