We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a HR Operations Officer.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and maintain employee records such as various types of leave, pension, insurance and contracts.
  • Take care of monthly payroll administration & coordinate with our finance team and payroll provider
  • Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process for new hires in the Netherlands.
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations in all HR processes and procedures.
  • Analyze data & provide reporting around employee engagement, turnover and performance.
  • Act as main contact person for employees regarding HR-related questions and issues.
  • Support in benefits administration such as commuting, birthday cards, gifts, pension, trainings etc.
  • Actively participate, initiate and lead HR projects on our team roadmap such as performance and L&D.
  • Support our HR team in Croatia with various tasks as needed as we coordinate our work on a global scale.
  • Responsible for office management tasks for our lovely fully-serviced office in the Hague such as communication with suppliers, groceries, assets and general maintenance.


Who we’re looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR support or generalist role.
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law and regulations, particularly around payroll, different types of leave, VISA, 30% ruling
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced HRIS user, ideally Personio.
  • Flexible mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Effective communicator who knows how to build great relationships with stakeholders.
  • Can-do attitude with a hands-on mentality.
  • Solution-focused, well-organized with great ability to prioritize and a time management champion.
  • A wonderful team player with positive attitude and a great sense of humor.
