We’re looking for an experienced Financial Accounting Manager (Interim) to lead our accounting operations and support a critical system implementation project. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth integration of new processes during a transitional period.

As our Finance Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting activities, manage month-end and year-end closing, and play a pivotal role in implementing a new finance system that will enhance our capabilities.
You’ll work closely with finance, operations, and technology teams to ensure a seamless transition and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.

What You'll do

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Lead the implementation of a new finance/accounting system, including data migration and process optimization.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business needs.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Manage a team of accountants, payroll officer and facilities manager
  
  

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of proven experience as a Financial Accounting Manager or similar senior accounting role
• Experience in managing 3–6 people team
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards. Proven multi-GAAP, intercompany, tax accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with digitizing and automating transactional workflows as well as finance system implementation (ERP or accounting software)
• Experience in either SaaS or project driven companies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and consolidation tools (Jedox, ExactOnline or simillar)

This is a 1-year contract (maternity cover) with potential extension based on performance and business needs.
