Your profile
Cenosco is a fast-growing software company helping industrial organizations worldwide improve safety, sustainability, and operational reliability. Our Integrity Management software supports companies in managing critical assets and preventing failures, helping industries operate more safely and efficiently.
Headquartered in The Hague, with colleagues working across multiple countries, Cenosco combines the agility of a scale-up with a strong global footprint. As we continue to grow internationally, building a solid and scalable people foundation becomes increasingly important.
Our People function plays a key role in supporting this growth, ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly while enabling managers and teams to perform at their best.
You will be responsible for HR operations in the Netherlands and for a growing group of global remote employees across approximately 15 countries. This includes managing HR operations, supporting payroll processes, maintaining the HRIS, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
At the same time, you act as a trusted HR partner to managers, supporting them with employee relations topics, performance management, and team development.
This is a hands-on role with a strong operational component (approximately 60% HR operations, 30% advisory, 10% office & facilities coordination). Establishing a strong operational foundation will be a key priority in the role. As processes mature and the organization continues to grow, there will be increasing opportunity to expand the advisory and business partnering aspects of the role.
In addition, you will coordinate office operations and vendors for our The Hague office.
This role is initially offered as a maternity leave replacement, starting as a fixed-term contract. Given the company’s growth and evolving People priorities, there may be opportunities to extend the role or transition into a longer-term position.
