We’re looking for a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead who is passionate about people, engineering excellence, and building modern software development culture. In this role, you’ll guide a team of talented engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and partner closely with Product and Design to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

This is a true leadership‑first role, ideal for someone who thrives on developing others, shaping engineering practices, and delivering impactful product features while maintaining enough hands‑on involvement to stay technically sharp.
You’ll have a significant influence on how we build software, how our teams collaborate, and how we evolve our technical landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers. Provide regular feedback, facilitate career growth, and foster a healthy, collaborative team culture
  • Plan and prioritize engineering work, balancing feature development and team capacity to meet product roadmap commitments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
  • Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, guiding the team toward scalable and maintainable implementations
  • Remain hands‑on with development to stay close to the codebase, support technical decisions, and unblock the team when needed
  • Improve engineering processes, remove obstacles, drive best practices, and ensure high‑quality delivery
  • Actively participate in hiring-defining requirements, interviewing candidates, and building a high‑performing engineering team.

What You'll Need

  • 7-8+ years in software engineering with at least 2+ years leading or managing software engineers
  • Experience in SaaS product companies and complex technical ecosystems
  • Strong focus on people: mentoring, coaching, supporting career growth
  • Naturally curious mindset; someone who seeks improvement, learns continuously, and embraces change
  • Familiarity with modern engineering practices
  • Solid communication skills, organizational awareness, and a proactive approach to solving problems
