• Create eye-catching social media content for the Human Resources department.
• Tell compelling stories about our mission and employee experiences.
• Stay updated on content and social media trends that match our values.
• Assist in building and running employer branding campaigns, showcasing life at efficy and our unique employee value proposition (EVP).
• Create and manage our Instagram account with your creative touch.
• Work with our creative team to generate and execute fresh ideas.

About YOU 💫

• You are studying in the field of Communication, Marketing or Human ressources
• You have a very good command of English (spoken & written). Being fluent in French or Dutch is a plus
• You have an inherent passion for content creation, capable of transforming everyday occurrences into storytelling.
• You're like a social media chameleon, smoothly navigating through various platforms and adapting to their distinct vibes.
• You have a creative spirit and are a curator of aesthetics, you possess the knack for cultivating feeds that are both visually stunning and conceptually unified, reflecting our company culture.
• You are not afraid to take initiatives.
• You are dynamic, autonomous, smiling, organised and methodical.
• Being familiar with the terms Hashtags, algorithms, and engagement metrics is a plus.
