Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid, with 2-3 times a week in our new office - Braine-L'alleud (Belgium)
Package includes market rate OTE including a generous Mobility Budget, group insurance, hospitalisation and 25 days holiday

What does your future team look like?
You'll manage a diverse team of 10 Customer Success and Support specialists, most of your team will be based in Belgium. Our Geniebelt expert Joelle is based up in Denmark. 🌍
Some of the team come from a SaaS background, others have cut their teeth in the Construction industry before sliding over to the ConTech world, so you'll have a real mix of talent in the team. 🛠️🏗️
What Impact will you have?
📈 You'll lead and mentor your team so that together you can raise the bar on customer intimacy, effectively track usage patterns, create enterprise account planning, increase NPS, identify upsell and spot potential churn (I know, we don't ask for much :-)
Your commercial-savvy approach will allow you and the team to maximize revenue potential. 💰💼
About you:
- You'll have 2-3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS customer success leadership role
- If you've worked in Construction in the past but don't have SaaS experience, don't let that put you off, I'd still love to hear from you!
- You're fluent in English (it's our working language) with a professional level of French
- You'll have experience in building and executing successful customer success processes, you will have created playbooks and structures that work
- You're emotionally intelligent, you're mature, you have a steady pair of hands, you're proactive and collaborative

Our new headquarters are based in Parc De l’alliance in Braine-L'alleud 🏢🇧🇪, with additional offices in Copenhagen 🏙️🇩🇰 and Łódź 🏢🇵🇱.
We get together twice a year for Team Camp, the Polish mountains was our last destination, the question is, are you ready to dust off your walking boots to join us next time? 🏔️❄️🌲
