Job Description: Account Executive (Dutch Speaking)

Location: Our office is located in Braine L'Alleud, south of Brussels - Ideally we'd like to see you in the office on the odd occasion but we're also open to a remote way of working

When you join us you'll have a hybrid role; bringing on board Net New logos and developing existing clients.

Along with Jeroen and the Sales Exec team, you'll carve out your target accounts, build your pipeline, take your prospects from discovery through to close.

On the farming side, you'll work closely with the Customer Success team and work to nurture and grow key accounts in the region. You'll get involved in the more complex renewals processes also.

Being a representative of LetsBuild, you will actively participate in industry events and work alongside our marketing team to organize events that elevate our brand presence ๐ŸŽ‰.

About You:

  • We're pretty open to your background, you might have already cut your teeth with a ConTech company ๐Ÿ—๏ธ, or maybe you have a couple of years in SaaS B2B companies ๐Ÿ’ป, or perhaps you come from the world of Architecture, Construction, or Civil Engineering ๐Ÿ“... like I said, we're pretty open ๐Ÿ˜Š
  • A fluency in Dutch and English is essential ๐ŸŒ
  • You're able to build relationships easily and grow fledgling accounts ๐ŸŒฑ.
  • Aptitude to manage diverse priorities in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ผ.
  • Culturally sensitive, you'll understand the intricacies and differences in doing business with the Dutch and the Belgians, an empathy for different cultures is key ๐Ÿค.
  • You'll bring a solution-oriented approach, it's about listening to your clients' pain-points and not just looking for the transactional sale ๐ŸŽง๐Ÿ’ฌ.
  • You're adept in your use of CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) and ensuring you keep things up to date
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed โœˆ๏ธ.
