Our office is located in the picturesque Braine L'Alleud, just south of Brussels. While we embrace the flexibility of remote work, we value in-person collaboration and meet in the office at least twice a week to foster a strong team environment. We also have offices in Copenhagen (Denmark) and Łódź (Poland), showcasing our expansive global footprint.

About the role: 🚀

  • As a Sales Representative, you'll drive revenue growth by engaging with customers through inbound calls and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), consistently surpassing quarterly targets. 🎯 Working with diverse clients across various industries, you'll enhance customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships, expanding our market reach. 💼❤️
  • Accurately assessing customer needs and efficiently escalating cases to Account Executives will streamline our sales process, ensuring high conversion rates and a robust sales pipeline. 🔄💰 Utilizing Salesforce for lead management, you'll maximize revenue potential through seamless tracking and closure, and by identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Join our high-performing team to drive growth and innovation. 🏆 Your contributions will solidify LetsBuild’s market leadership and pave the way for your advancement as our next sales superstar. 🌠

About you:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in software or SaaS sales, preferably within the SaaS B2B sector. 🗝️🌍
  • Fluency in Dutch and advanced proficiency in English; fluency in French is a plus. 🌎🔊
  • Proven ability to initiate outbound calls confidently and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 📞🖊️
  • Experience in closing deals directly and familiarity with established sales processes and methodologies (such as MEDDICC, Value Selling, SPIN). 🏹
  • Flexibility, a positive outlook, and resilience in the face of challenges. 🌱
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to quickly adapt and absorb new information. 🧠💡
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships within the sales team and with sales support to deliver an exceptional customer experience. 🤝
