Responsibilities for this Role:

• Guide the team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers; oversee performance evaluations, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Implement and improve development processes, tools, and workflows, leveraging Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Recruit, onboard, and upskill team members to build a high-performing, future-ready team.
• Act as a liaison between the team and other departments, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Lead the development of complex web applications using Angular v13+.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable application architectures.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Collaborate with other team members.

Required Skills:

• Must have handled a team of 3-6 resources
• Proven experience in managing Angular development projects.
• Strong proficiency in Angular v13+, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Visual Studio IDE.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience: 6 years of experience in Angular development or related fields with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
