The role

You own the design of our platform from first sketch to final screen, working closely with frontend, product and the founders. You make sure the design, look and feel and ease of use are just as strong as the technology underneath.

What you'll do

✔️ Design sleek, easy-to-use UI that scales and is polished enough for marketing to feature on our website and in campaigns.

✔️ Turn complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs.

✔️ Sketch and prototype quickly, and lead cross-functional discussions on end-to-end UX journeys.

✔️ Use user feedback and product data to keep improving usability and visual quality.

✔️ Shape how design works at Spott as the team grows.

What we're looking for

✔️ 2+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or B2C SaaS, enterprise software or a digital product agency.

✔️ Solid hands-on experience with Figma, including rapid prototyping.

✔️ A product-obsessed eye: you care as much about how it looks and feels as about how it works.

✔️ Resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment: you handle ambiguity and keep shipping.

Nice to have

✔️ Experience with research and feedback tools such as Dovetail, Maze or Hotjar.
