Als Customer Support Officer help je onze klanten via diverse kanalen met hun vragen over onze producten: telefonisch, via e-mail of via live-chat. Samen met de andere teams zoek je om een gerichte oplossing aan de klant te kunnen bieden, en behandel je verzoeken van klanten op een snelle en professionele manier.

Al eens een hotel gereserveerd via Booking.com, Expedia of TripAdvisor? De check-in verliep lekker vlot, je kamer was schoongemaakt en je kreeg een glutenvrij ontbijt, net zoals je wou? In vele gevallen is Stardekk software het geheim!

What we expect from you:

Customer Service zit in jouw DNA en je doet er alles aan om de beste service te leveren: je maakt graag mensen en klanten blij, je vindt wat de klant beweegt, zoekt naar oplossingen en wil voortdurend beter doen.
Je bent gestructureerd en in staat om jouw eigen werk te organiseren. Verder heb je een goed analytisch vermogen en kan je snel schakelen als de omstandigheden wijzigen. Ook onder druk waak je er over dat de kwaliteit hoog blijft.
Je houdt ervan om met verschillende zaken bezig te zijn: je werkt voor verschillende klanten en lost verschillende vragen op.
Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven
Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven
Kennis van het Duits, Spaans of Italiaans is een mooie plus
Kennis van de hospitality sector is een stevige troef
Je hebt goede IT-vaardigheden en pakt nieuwe kennis snel op
