What you will do
In the role of People Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our global People & Talent function. You will be the first point of contact for administrative inquiries, manage our HRIS system, and provide logistical support for onboarding, off-boarding, and employee relocation. This role offers a dynamic environment, exposure to global People Operations, and the opportunity to learn alongside experienced professionals.
Where you will have impact
- Manage and maintain our cloud-based HRIS system (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security and conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Support the implementation of new HR functionalities within the HRIS.
- Collaborate with the People Ops team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires (including HiBob setup, benefits explanation, etc.).
- Manage off-boarding processes, ensuring the timely completion of paperwork and system updates.
- Support the People Ops team with HR administrative duties such as drafting letters and documents, keeping HR software and databases updates and organising and maintaining personnel records
- Support the Payroll Specialist based in Belgium with fleet management.
- Arrange travel accommodations for new joiners (support with visa, documents … )
Who you are
- Are detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or previous experience in an accounting-related field (preferred, but not required).
- A strong interest in learning about People Operations and HR technology.
- A passion for providing excellent administrative support and contributing to a positive employee experience.
- Are great at observational analysis to proactively identify opportunities and gaps, with emphasis on office and culture
- Hands on working knowledge of the Google Suite or MS Office Suite is a plus
