What You Will Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 9-10 sales representatives to consistently achieve sales and revenue targets. Your primary responsibility is to develop a high-performing sales team that drives growth across the APAC region, fostering collaboration across various departments to ensure smooth sales processes, long-term customer success, and business growth. Your leadership will be key in achieving both individual and team KPIs, expanding Lighthouse’s presence in the APAC market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a best-in-class sales organization to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed set targets.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit, hire, and train new sales team members.

  • Create specific sales growth plans for both the short and long term.

  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to support sales reps' development and personal growth.

  • Work closely with the VP to establish individual KPIs for your designated products, enabling business development managers to exceed targets.

  • Support deal execution by working closely with sales reps and assisting with key opportunities.

  • Demonstrate market knowledge and product expertise during demos with partners or prospects.

  • Help reps understand the necessary sales funnel to achieve success and assist with demand creation activities.

  • Measure and manage key business KPIs to ensure the team understands success metrics.

  • Lead team alignment meetings, including weekly forecast calls for accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts.

  • Identify and improve outdated processes by working with Sales Operations.

  • Foster positive relationships and communication across sales and support teams.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize the lead funnel.

  • Ensure smooth sales processes and long-term customer success by coordinating with different departments like Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, and Customer Success.

  • Promote and embody Lighthouse's core values to inspire and motivate the team.


Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience as a sales manager or leader of a team of at least six sales representatives.

  • Proven leadership skills that motivate and inspire teams to exceed targets.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a South-East Asian language or Chinese is a plus.

  • Experience working in an international environment.

  • Successful track record of achieving quotas as a sales representative and sales manager.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with the hospitality or SaaS industry is a strong advantage.

  • Motivated, commercially oriented, and result-focused.

  • Experienced in revenue management or business intelligence tools in the hospitality industry.
