What you will do

As a Senior Sales Performance & Execution Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Go-To-Market strategy is executed at the highest level across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will embed data-driven insights into the daily rhythm of Regional Sales Leaders, Regional Sales Managers, and their teams, driving continuous improvement and predictable revenue growth. Acting as the engine behind performance excellence, you will transform data into actionable strategies while collaborating closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Sales Automation.

Where you will have impact

  • Consolidate and analyse sales performance data from CRM, enablement, and intelligence platforms into a single source of truth.

  • Develop dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators at the individual, team, and regional levels.

  • Identify skill gaps, winning behaviours, and performance trends to deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers to design personalised, data-driven coaching plans.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales methodology, reinforcing best practices in deal execution and pipeline management.

  • Lead deal reviews and strategy sessions to support RSMs and sales reps with complex opportunities.

  • Build and support Month-over-Month strategy and focus plans aligned with regional goals.

  • Provide critical feedback to GTM Strategy, Sales AI & Automation, and Sales Enablement to refine processes, training, and tools.

  • Contribute to the optimisation of sales processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales effectiveness roles, preferably within B2B SaaS.

  • 2+ years of direct experience managing or coaching a sales team (preferred).

  • Proven track record of analysing sales data and turning insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and revenue enablement tools (e.g., Clari Copilot, Groove, Allego, Atrium)

  • Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDDPICC,).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with sales leaders.

  • Passion for helping teams succeed through data-driven strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
