What you will do
As an Account Specialist at Lighthouse, you will own a portfolio of hotel customers and ensure they experience exceptional, white-glove service at scale. You will drive retention, uncover expansion opportunities, run proactive health checks, and act as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Support. Your mission is to help clients achieve measurable value from our products and strengthen their long-term partnership with Lighthouse.
Where you will have impact
● Retain and grow your assigned portfolio by managing renewals end-to-end.
● Identify and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase MRR and account value.
● Conduct regular Health Checks and translate insights into actionable next steps.
● Deliver high-impact trainings and webinars to drive feature adoption and engagement.
● Communicate new features, releases, and best practices to all assigned clients.
● Partner with Business Development Managers on strategic accounts to align on growth and minimize leakage.
● Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions, Support, Product) to resolve complex issues.
● Maintain excellent CRM hygiene in Salesforce and Gainsight by logging activities, renewals, and next actions.
● Monitor competitive activity and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
● Conduct feedback calls, account reviews, and QBR-style meetings to secure renewals and uncover growth.

Who you are
● 1–2 years of experience in hotel tech, SaaS, or related fields such as revenue management, sales, or distribution.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
● Understanding of the hotel ecosystem (ownership groups, management companies, brands).
● Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
● Analytical and detail-oriented, confident using Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, or Gainsight.
● Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, Italian, Spanish, French) are a plus.
● Knowledge of PMS, CRS, or RMS systems, rate parity, and hotel distribution channels is an advantage.
