What you will do
As a Senior Sales Performance & Execution Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Go-To-Market strategy is executed at the highest level across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will embed data-driven insights into the daily rhythm of Regional Sales Leaders, Regional Sales Managers, and their teams, driving continuous improvement and predictable revenue growth. Acting as the engine behind performance excellence, you will transform data into actionable strategies while collaborating closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement, and Sales Automation.
Where you will have impact
- 1. Enablement Analytics & Strategy
- Synthesise data from disparate sales systems to create a unified narrative of team performance, directly linking seller behaviours to business outcomes.
- Own the analytics framework for the Sales Strategy & Execution function, building and maintaining dashboards that track the adoption and impact of our programs, used for defining strategy with the RSMs/regional sales leaders.
- Uncover leading indicators of success to proactively shape the enablement roadmap and address emerging performance trends and skill gaps.
- Empower sales leaders with data-driven recommendations and insights to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
2. Coaching & Development:- Empower RSMs and Sales leaders with data-driven and actionable insights derived from the dashboards and reports to drive short- and long-term strategies to reaching and exceeding revenue goals.
- Partner directly with Regional Sales Managers to develop personalized, data-driven strategy and coaching plans for their teams based on performance data.
- Identify and organize a library of best practice “gametapes” to be used in training and onboarding.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our sales methodology, working with reps and managers to reinforce best practices in deal execution and pipeline management.
- Conduct live deal reviews and strategy sessions when necessary to help RSMs and reps navigate complex sales cycles.
3. Strategic Planning & Collaboration:- Work with RSMs to build data-driven Month-over-Month (MOM) strategy and focus plans that align with regional goals.
- Serve as a critical feedback loop to the GTM Strategy, Sales AI & Automation, and Sales Enablement pillars, sharing ground-level insights to help refine processes, training/enablement, and tools.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our sales process by identifying areas for optimization.

Who you are
-
5+ years of experience in sales or sales effectiveness roles, preferably within B2B SaaS.

2+ years of direct experience managing or coaching a sales team (preferred).

Proven track record of analysing sales data and turning insights into actionable strategies.

Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and revenue enablement tools (e.g., Clari Copilot, Groove, Allego, Atrium)

Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDDPICC,).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with sales leaders.

Passion for helping teams succeed through data-driven strategies.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
