Our Solutions team forms the bridge between our product and enterprise organisations by helping customers scope and define skill-based solutions, and helping them get maximal value from skills data. As we continue to scale, we are looking for Solutions Engineers to join our team and have a direct impact on customers, our growth and the future of work!

Your impact

• Help customers define and follow a path to becoming a skill-based organisation using our product

• Manage proof of concepts and implementation projects, taking ownership of the success of the customer and project

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to help them create value with skill data

• Work with sales, product and engineering teams to articulate, sell and deliver the right value

• Help define our customer approach and product roadmap

We're looking for someone who

• Has 3+ years of professional experience

• Has strong functional knowledge through experience in HR consulting and/or implementing SaaS solutions

• Can team up with our sales team to get an in-depth understanding of our prospect's challenges and use cases, and can propose the right approach to fill the TechWolf-shaped hole in their HR tech ecosystem

• Can build strong customer relationships and knows how to influence and communicate with different stakeholders in enterprise organisations

• Is eager-to-learn, hands-on and proactive

• Is driven by customer success, and wants to become an expert in delivering skill data to an enterprise organisation
