TechWolf's Professional Services (PS) team sets customers up for success in a skills-based world. As one of the key customer-facing teams, the PS team defines a data approach, implements our product, and ensures a healthy skill infrastructure is in place for customers to use.

With our customer base growing tenfold in the past two years, we are looking for a Manager, Professional Services to help us accelerate and prepare for the next stage of growth. You will be responsible for the people, performance, and processes of the PS team, as well as for driving operational excellence and the right implementation strategy. In this role, you will coach our implementation consultants, helping them unlock their next level.

This role is designed for someone driven, who brings top-notch communication and stakeholder management skills. Managing the PS team, you will bring a strong customer focus and raise the bar on execution. As a true problem solver, you will tackle both strategic and operational challenges, collaborating with technical and commercial teams alike.

What you'll do:

• Build and coach a team of superstars: Onboard, coach, and mentor an ambitious, high-performing team of implementation consultants.

• Foster operational excellence: Oversee and guide the delivery of professional services engagements, ensuring the right focus on customer outcomes and a delivery approach that makes success inevitable.

• Role-model great communication: Foster strong communication and collaboration between the Solutions, Product & Engineering and Sales teams on projects.

• Tackle Professional Services priorities: closely align with your manager to maximise your impact on the team.

• Raise the bar on execution: drive and enable the best quality and outcomes in everything you do.

Who you are:

• You have a minimum of 4-5 years of people management experience in a professional services team in a fast-paced SAAS environment.
  
• You have a proven track record of success in leading and motivating ambitious and high-performing teams.
  
• You're passionate about making people flourish at work – both directly inside the professional services team, and for our customers through the impact we make with our product.
  
• You've demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and best practices as well as operational excellence.
  
• You're an excellent communicator and have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  
• You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
• You have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a start- or scale-up environment.
  
• You're based in Belgium and and eager to work from the office at least 2-3 days each week.
