As a Product Manager specializing in the TechWolf Console, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap and execution of our customer-facing platform. You will work closely with engineering and product designers to build a powerful user interface where customers can manage their TechWolf products, where customers interact with AI agents to help them understand what skills they have, what skills they need, and configure their skill data integrations so that data goes to where they need it most.

This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Be part of redefining how enterprises work with skill data, and build agents with a GPT-like experience that helps customers work through problems. Be at the forefront of AI, and have a real tangible impact for the world's largest companies using TechWolf.

What you'll do:

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the TechWolf Console.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and product designers to define, develop, and deploy console features.

• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.

• Deeply understand our customers and their needs to ensure the optimal performance and user experience of the TechWolf Console.

• Act as the product owner for the TechWolf Console, making key product decisions.

Who you are:

• You bring 3+ years of experience in a product role.
• You have proven experience building and managing user interface products.
• You possess a strong understanding of enterprise software and data management (a plus).
• You have experience with AI-powered features and integrations (a plus).
• You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You're passionate about TechWolf's mission and purpose in enabling workforce transformation.
• You're fluent in English.
• You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office at least three days per week.
• You're willing to travel occasionally to our London office.
