Your Impact

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Team Leader to join our team in Copenhagen and to provide exceptional service delivery to our valued customers for our webCRM product line.

As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive environment for the team and continuously improving service quality for the European CRM champion! Join us on our exciting journey!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service agents, both customer care and support specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to the team, ensure timely and effective answers to customers’ requests, as well as resolution of customer issues.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer service team and other departments, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's technical skills and customer service capabilities.
  • Analyze customer service metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve performance, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable insights for product improvement and R&D based on customer feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer support.

About YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a CRM software environment.
  • Inner leadership skills with the skill set to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Fluent in Danish with a strong command of English
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
