Your Impact

As the Head of Indirect Channel, you will be crucial in driving Efficy's growth through the development and management of distribution partnerships. We seek an experienced channel manager with a strong international background to support our regional teams by providing the necessary tools, materials, and processes to scale their partnership programs. You will also explore new opportunities to expand our channel program through innovative markets, segments, and partnership types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower Regional Teams: Equip regional channel managers with scalable and efficient channel programs (contractual agreements, rules of engagement, tools and pricing).
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline for opportunities sourced through channel partners.
  • Cadence Management: Ensure business objectives are met through regular cadence with the channel team.
  • Business Planning: Develop strategic business plans to achieve partner sales targets in each region.
  • New Partner Acquisition: Identify and recruit new partners in untapped markets (develop UK, HK and open DACH, Italy, Iberia) and verticals (map each industry’s topography and partner with all its key actors).
  • MDF Program Setup: Establish a robust Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program to support existing and future partner networks.
  • Product Utilization: Assist the team and partners in leveraging Efficy products for mutual growth.
  • Subscription Sales Growth: Drive subscription sales through growth partners.
  • Regional Engagement: Ensure active participation in product campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with channel managers to ensure high levels of satisfaction among partner-led customers.

About YOU

  • Significant experience developing channel programs internationally.
  • Experience working in a dotted-line matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated success in growing SaaS software businesses through channel networks.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Experience setting up and managing MDFs.
  • Experience scaling into new markets through partner acquisition.
  • Business Developer mindset with a strategic approach and hands-on focus to develop relationships.
