What you’ll be doing

✔️ Participate in functional workshops with the customer in order to clarify their needs and prepare a functional spec to be shared with the customer and the technical team for implementation
✔️ Prepare audits with the customers on what is already implemented and their daily use in order to help them simplify or adhere to their users.
✔️ Set up representative tests and prepare and coordinate the production in order to provide the end user with applications that offer a high degree of reliability.
✔️ Draw up functional documentation regarding the customized applications in order to establish a proper basis to simplify adjustments to the applications in the future.
✔️Formulate possible adjustment or improvement proposals in order to meet the set quality standards in the future.

✔️Stay informed about product and R&D updates, assess their operational impact, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

Who you are

✔️Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms in an enterprise environment (250+ users).
✔️ Experience in testing, deployment coordination, and application maintenance for high reliability.
✔️Solid ability to create clear and structured functional specifications.
✔️ Fluent in Dutch and English.
✔️ Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying improvements and proposing optimizations.
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong customer‑facing capabilities.
✔️ Good knowledge of the IT application lifecycle, including production support, with strong teamwork skills across consulting and technical teams.
