We’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist fluent in Danish and English to join our international Customer Care team.

You’ll deliver a customer experience that feels personal, proactive, and reliable—helping customers resolve issues, understand our products, and get the most out of their efficy solutions. Your team can’t wait to welcome you!

What you’ll be doing

✔️ Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and message channels

✔️ Process incoming requests, questions, and issues with accuracy and empathy

✔️ Identify, triage, and route tickets to the right teams, ensuring proper follow‑up and closure

✔️ Analyze and resolve functional issues in our products

✔️ Gather customer feedback and escalate suggestions to relevant teams

✔️ Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of efficy products and new functionalities

✔️ Draft standard texts, instructions, and documentation to improve support efficiency

✔️ Update customer records with clear, concise notes after each interaction

✔️ Contribute to internal projects, knowledge base improvements, and troubleshooting guides

✔️ Write and share articles on common issues for internal communication channels

✔️ Stay informed about industry trends to provide credible, up‑to‑date support

Who you are

✔️ Fluent in Danish and English (Swedish or Norwegian is a bonus)

✔️ Customer‑centric with strong communication and problem‑solving skills

✔️ Experienced in customer‑facing interactions

✔️ Organised, proactive, and curious to learn

✔️ Comfortable using CRM tools and/or marketing technology (a plus)

✔️ Technically savvy; experience in the software industry is a bonus

✔️ Skilled with Microsoft Office

✔️ Able to perform under time pressure when needed

✔️ A collaborative, articulate team player

✔️ Able to work onsite 3 days/week in Copenhagen or Malmö
