Job Overview
We're looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our French Sales team in Paris and grow Tribe CRM's footprint across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
You'll focus on new logo acquisition, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll manage complex deals and multiple stakeholders with confidence, working a healthy mix of inbound and self-sourced opportunities. If you thrive in consultative, high-value sales and want to build something meaningful in a fast-growing European AI SaaS company, this is your seat.

What you'll be doing
Drive new logo acquisition across mid-market and enterprise accounts
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Build and manage your own pipeline alongside inbound opportunities
Engage and manage multiple stakeholders throughout complex deals
Run product demos independently using available sales materials
Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and partners to keep your pipeline healthy
Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Who you are
At least 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market or enterprise segments
Proven hunter with a strong track record in new business and direct sales
Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Background in CRM, Martech, or business management solutions is a plus
Familiar with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology (a strong plus)
Fluent in French with an excellent command of English
