Job Overview
We're looking for a Business applications Manager to join our PMO & Applications team, based in Brussels or Paris.
You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of a diverse portfolio of around 70 SaaS applications spanning 12 business domains. While the scope is broad, your role is deeply hands‑on: you’ll be the primary owner for 4–5 critical applications, fully accountable for their lifecycle, configuration, governance, vendors, and roadmap, while acting as co‑owner or trusted advisor for the rest of the portfolio.
This is a strategic but operationally grounded role. You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify the right tools, guide sourcing and consolidation decisions, and ensure applications are well‑governed, cost‑efficient, and aligned with future needs. From licence management and rationalisation to hands‑on platform administration, you’ll actively shape a coherent and sustainable application landscape.
It's a job with real impact, autonomy, and visibility, which is perfect for someone who likes to combine ownership, strategy, and execution. Your future teammates are looking forward to welcoming a pragmatic, engaged partner who wants to make a tangible difference.
What's in it for you?
✔️ Strategic, high-visibility role with impact across all European business units
✔️Cross-functional exposure across product, finance, sales, and customer success
✔️ Career growth opportunities and internal mobility
✔️ Modern offices in 11 European locations
✔️ Fun team events & continuous learning
✔️ Competitive salary with bonus system
✔️ Hybrid working policy
What you'll be doing
Own and maintain the full application inventory, including dependencies, integrations, and lifecycle status
Manage licence budgets and track usage through KPIs, dashboards, and governance routines
Run application governance committees with business units across the organisation
Support business teams in evaluating new tools, conducting gap analyses, POCs, and ROI assessments
Lead implementation and migration projects, coordinating with procurement, legal, and security teams
Administer key platforms directly or via partners, including Jira, Confluence, Odoo, Intercom, and Pendo
Identify redundancies across the portfolio and lead rationalisation and sunset initiatives
Ensure the application landscape stays coherent and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Who you are
5+ years of experience in Business applications Management, IT Governance, or a similar role
Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and vendor management
IT Asset Manager or ITAM analyst at a mid-size SaaS or tech company looking to broaden scope
SaaS Ops / RevOps Manager with governance exposure
Atlassian specialist (Jira/Confluence admin) who has grown into a tooling ownership role
Business Analyst or Project Manager who has been informally 'owning the tech stack' and wants it made official
Experience managing implementation or migration projects
