Job Overview

We're looking for a CRM Consultant to join our Tribe CRM team in Utrecht. You have first implementation experience and you're ready to own full project cycles end to end. You'll work directly with Dutch-speaking SMB clients across the Netherlands, get onboarded into our methodology, and build real expertise fast. Your team can't wait to welcome you!

What you'll be doing

• Facilitate workshops to map client needs, requirements, and goals

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Lead CRM implementations across configuration, integration, and data migration

• Configure Tribe CRM to fit each client's processes and objectives

• Bridge the gap between project stakeholders and internal delivery teams

• Manage multiple projects at once, keeping timelines and scope on track

• Travel to client sites across the Netherlands for workshops, go-lives, and follow-ups

Who you are

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on CRM or ERP implementation experience, ideally at a software vendor, system integrator, or consulting firm

• Comfortable writing functional specs, running workshops, and having technical conversations with developers

• Experienced across the full project lifecycle with SMB or mid-market clients

• Analytical, structured, and a natural bridge between business and IT

• Open to learning and working the Tribe way

• Comfortable being on the road for client meetings across the Netherlands

• Native level of Dutch

• Full professional fluency in English
