Role: Customer Success Manager

Location: Copenhagen (Hybrid way of working - 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest at home or at Client's premises)

How about the CSM team? You’ll join Virgina, Justine, François, Michiel and Jasper, an international team spread across Belgium and Denmark.

You'll report into Virginia; she manages her team by adapting to the individual, you'll find her present, reliable, she'll give you a lot of trust and empower you. You'll have weekly team meetings as well as one-ones with Virginia.

About the role:

Your key objective will be to help our new and existing customers make the most out of LetsBuild Geniebelt (one of our flagship products).

You’ll can expect to get involved in the following activities when you join us:

  • Onboarding
  • Training
  • Customer support
  • Conducting QBR's with your portfolio of Clients (Identifying upsell opportunities, as well as recognising risk of churn etc.)

Ultimately, you'll help your clients realise their goals, and be an integral part of a series of triumphs!

About you:

  • You’ll join us with 1-2 years SaaS B2B experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • You’ll be fluent in Danish and English
  • You’re a team player and enjoy collaborating across the business to bring a positive experience for your customers
  • You have the ability to build relationships through empathy and a positive attitude
  • Your training skills will be top notch in order to onboard your customers and ensure they get the most out of GenieBelt
  • You have great communication and negotiation skills to organise your renewals coupled with help from the AE team
